Sick Leave Bank Guidelines

Sick Leave Bank Enrollment Instructions: 

1. Log into PeopleSoft.

2. Click on the NavBar icon in the top right corner of the landing page.

3. Navigate to Self Service > Leave Transfer Requests > Donate Leave Request.

4. Select “CSO Sick Bank” from the “Program Name” dropdown menu.

5. Select “Donate from Sick” from the “From Entitlement” dropdown menu.

6. Enter Hours to Donate (must be at least 8 hours to enroll).

Note: the donated hours will be removed from your available sick leave balance the following day.

7. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
